Tuesday Photo challenge – New Life in Spring
One butterfly dancing
Two birds joyfully mating
Three rose buds chatting
Four flowers with fresh petals
Find call to new life in Spring

Soo full of color and “activity” (@ the birds)

Thank you! I was just watching, and delighted in all the birds (other birds in my yard). And there they are, ready to mate. They seem to be faithful birds, have the same mates. The male is good in chasing the other male away. He was the one building the nest all by himself this year!! Perhaps every year!

wow. Trust animals to do what most humans struggle to do.
Anyways, I have added the like button on my blog but I don’t use the dates because they interfere with other features of my site…

Oh, I understand. I only have dates on my home page. My other pages have no dates. That’s okay that there’s no dates on my other pages. People do different ways for their blogs, you have to do the way you like it and serve your purpose for having the blog!!

Stunning and bright! Miriam, how is your poetry class coming? (my book stack reminded me of your study.)

I missed last week’s class because I didn’t want to spread my germs. This week we’ll read Philip Levine’s poems. If I have a chance, I’ll read one of the poem from my posts. It’s about time to publish this year’s poems, I may submit a few! I saw you post about the book stack. Have you been to the Power Book Store in Portland? It occupies a whole block!

Oh! I have not heard of Levine. I’ll have to check him out. I LOVE Powell’s in Portland! I actually try to order my used books from them (instead of Amazon) if they have them. Thanks for the update! p.s. Are you feeling better?

I still have the nasal congestion. My immune system is low, doesn’t fight infection too well, still taking antibiotic. I have enough to take until it’s gone by the time I go to Portland. I love Powell because it’s so convenient to sell the old books to them!

p.s. Did you know Powells will buy books over the Internet? You probably know this already, but thought I’d mention it. That’s how I do it …! 🙂

I don’t know if they do or not. Every time, the lines are very long, buy, trading, or selling!
