Sunday Trees – #287
Becca Givens at “On Dragonfly Wings with Buttercup Tea” has been hosting Sunday Trees for five years. My entry today is the photos of the trees taken at Kelley Point Park, Portland, Oregon.
Happy Mother’s Day to you, all my friends!

Thank you, Miriam! And you as well! I feel like we have a special bond because we both went through having distance from our eldest children and then reconnecting when they became adults. Hope your day was wonderful. 🙂

Yes, Teresa! It’s that unspoken mutual understanding that made us feel closer! I really appreciate what you’re doing to encourage bloggers to write! I’ll share with us when I go home and set my goals. Basically I’ll correspond with some closer bloggers. for the rest who support my blog, I may spend no more than one hour or so to check on their blogs. Then I’ll spend more time in writing, and then I could set my writing goals! Last night being with my daughter. It have been wonderful!

I love your idea, Miriam! And, the time with your daughter is so important – that’s great that you are prioritizing it. I’m looking forward to hearing more about your writing soon! 🙂

Oh Miriam, I’m having a great weekend!! I hope you are too.
Hey I wanted to offer you a complimentary forgiveness coaching session – you have such a beautiful presence and a willingness and courage to look at yourself and choose love. When I see this, I often offer a session. It would be a gift to you, no strings! ❤ Is this something you'd like to do? Let me know either way, and either way is completely fine by me, Miriam.
Happy Sunday, and love ❤

What is it involved? Do you have a sample post I could look at?

Hi Miriam! The session is a one-on-one conversation we have for you to explore areas where you’d like to experience more forgiveness, and open to new directions that could be transformative for you.
The session lasts 90 minutes and we can do phone or Zoom, or in person if you’re in LA.
Is this something you’d like to do. Miriam? And, it’s completely fine with me if you say no!
For me personally, forgiveness has helped me to love and accept myself in ways I only prayed for as a child.
Miriam, I also wanted to mention that us us talking doesn’t mean that you will do a coaching program….the session is a gift to you.
Let me know either way and if yes I will send you options for talking (probably via email would be best for that). And either way, I am sending you much loving and I acknowledge you in your journey!
Much love and blessings to you and this awesome blog,
Debbie

I appreciate and grateful for the opportunity. I have gone through years of therapy for my divorce, as well as divorce recovery. I’ve meditated for years to come to this point. So I think I’m okay with that. I may not what to spend 90 minute to do something I have done in 19 years. Thank you so much for your offer though. God bless your ministry! love, Miriam

Hi again Miriam – I just saw this! Entirely up to you. The offer stands, so if you are inspired contact me anytime. You are fantastic, and I so applaud the work you are doing, both on your Self and with your clients. Have a great night, and bless you!!! Love, Debbie 🙂 ❤

Yes, I responded already, I don’t need counseling for myself. Thank you! Miriam

Oh and also I’m currently a counselor, I have a degree in Counseling. In my counseling with clients, forgiveness is a major area I help the clients with in forgiving themselves as well as forgive the offenders.

That’s wonderful, Miriam! I actually work with a counselor who did her doctorate on self-forgiveness. She’s using our program together to delve deeper into childhood memories where she’d like to bring more forgiveness. Let me know!
Either way is fine, and sending you blessings on your work. It’s beautiful.

I did that when I studies for my counseling. I used a lot of that kind of techniques in my current counseling. No, I don’t need counseling for myself. Thank you!
