Cee’s questions for the week, and my answers:
-
What’s your strongest sense?

Taste is not my strong sense. When I went for wine tasting, after a few tastes, I couldn’t tell the difference any more. Sight is not my strong sense; I have a hard time seeing in distance even with my glasses on. Smell is not my strong sense. I think my sinuses interrupted my sense of smell long ago. Hearing is not my strong sense. I lost 30 percent of hearing on my left ear, and the ringing in the ear interferes with noises coming into my left ear.
Now my sense of touching – that is my strongest sense. I could navigate up and down stairs of my house in the dark by touching the walls. I could find my clothes in the dark by feeling the textures. One time at the gym, the staff didn’t
announce the closing time. I barely finished up things in the locker room after swimming. The lights of the whole gym were turned off. Usually the female staff would come in and say, “Is anybody here?” But that night, no staff was checking. Since I was familiar with the floor plan, I just glided my fingers on the walls and found my way out.

Which of Snow White’s 7 dwarfs describes you best? (Doc, Happy, Bashful, Sleepy, Sneezy, Grumpy, Dopey)

I basically am a happy person. I’m optimistic in nature. I see the good things in people rather than the human mistakes. I see the bright side of events, so I rarely get upset about what happened. When something happened with an undesirable outcome; my natural reaction is not dwelling on “why it happened?” Instead, I think of “What to do next?” Of course evaluation of the incident would be done appropriately.

If you could be one age for the rest of your life, what age would that be?
The magic age for me would be twenty-eight years old. A friend who is a medical doctor once said, “The human brain is not fully mature until twenty-six years old.” I want to get past that age so that I would have maturity. Between twenty-six to thirty years old, twenty-eight seems to be the prime age for creativity and energy. In fact, I was most productively and having a blast at the same time when I was twenty-eight. I worked for an organization as Director of Children’s Department, and had four Children’s magazines published.

List of Jobs You Think You Might Enjoy: Even if you aren’t thinking about a career change, it can be fun to think of other jobs you might enjoy. [Remember: This is SYW where even your dreams can become reality.]
My dream job would have something to do with music. I would like to be a professional musician and perform in singing and playing piano.

Happy is the way to be in life. You are a winner with that one word. The gym experience sounds awful, I would have been shattered to find myself alone and in the dark. Also, that photo of you is so cute 🙂

What a scary gym experience! I do wish I was musically inclined but I am quite tone deaf 😀

My husband can’t hear the different tones either. So it’s hard for him to appreciate the music I like!

If the blue address is The Shower of Blessings, it’s the new one. The old one has the (s) in different place. My new comment should have the new address. If it still doesn’t work, copy my new link to you Reader – Blogs followed, then click the blue follow and it should turn green.

That was a fun read. I’d lean towards Happy as well if I’m honest. As for the age question … I would have no clue lol
