During our trip to North Carolina, my husband went wreck diving. I was riding along with camera in my hands. while the guys were halfway through putting on the diving suits, a small school of dolphins swam by. They came very close to the boat. The guys reached down to the water, were almost able to touch them. My husband wanted to have a picture taken with the dolphins. Well, they had come as fast as they were gone. “Now we see them, now we don’t!” Hmm, we could see a little bit of them as they were swimming away!
Oh, in fact we take turn to pick vacation locations in alternate years, so I was gladly go when it was his turn and always picked diving locations. But after Key West and got the deepest dive, he said he was done diving. He was done all the “dare devil” activities on his own term!! I’m glad to have no more worries!
Yes, thank you. I snapped fast enough. My husband and other guys swam with the dolphins in Maui. I didn’t take any photos because I was going to jump in, but they were gone too fast!
I don’t think I’m of too much help. I’m retired and don’t need to use computer too much except check email and blogging. You may find some younger users and ask what they are interested to know!
We saw dolphins for the first time in the Gulf of Mexico last September with family, out on their 21′ boat near Tampa. They were amazing. Not close like this, but very majestic, to me. :>
Yes, I had the memories of my husband swam with the dolphins in Maui. Didn’t take photos that time, because I tried to get into the water also. But the dolphins left fast!
How exciting!!! Be sure to look at my ‘Baby Shower Mobile…..great idea I had to keep the paper and ribbon and make a adorable memento for both your daughter and child!
Thank you! It was my only time getting so close and got some good shots. My husband swam with dolphin in Maui, Hawaii. I tried to get into the water, so didn’t take any photos!
Thank you for our encouragement. I hope so. I had so many bloggers who disappeared one me! I kept thinking about them and hope I’ll be here for awhile!
I have experienced the same thing. People come and go. But some stay and appreciate you in the long run and those are worth everything. Likewise it is never indicative of the quality of your work if someone doesn’t read it – there’s some great work out there but hard sometimes to find in the feeds. I’m glad I stumbled upon your work very much xo
I think I found you through someone else – liked a comment you wrote and went to your blog that’s often the best way – you have an acute and piercing mind the best kind.
Oh, I understand. Yes, I usually tried to understand what the writer tried to communicate and then respond in a way to show my understanding and appreciation rather than the standard “nicely written” or something like that!

Loved Your photos! How exciting to be that up close. Great shots! Nice to see you are a supportive wife to hubby’s diving! Romantic!

Yes, I’d rather see them in the ocean than in Sea World. They are smart to learn to play all the tricks to audience!

My husband and other guys swam with them in Maui. He went diving in different places. NC was the deepest dive, and hey found the wreck.

I’m curious of how WordPress does to make blogs available for bloggers to follow. I’m amazed of how people find me!
