Cee’s questions and my answers this week:

List some of your favorite types of teas.
I like to drink Yunnam BoNay Chinese Tea. That was the tea my dad drank. Before his stroke, he had Dim Sum every morning, drank BoNay tea, and read the newspaper. My mom made that tea every morning and put it in a thermos so that we could have it all day long. I drink ginger tea that my husband makes with fresh ginger. I also like most of the herb teas but I tend to like Chamomile or Peppermint tea.

If you had to describe your day as a traffic sign, what would it be?
I only get on the freeway twice a month during school year. In the summer, I pretty much go shopping when needed or taking care of business in the local area near the home. When going a longer distance, my husband would do the driving.

What are a couple of things could people do for you on a really bad day that would really help you?
Nothing! When I have a bad day, I need to be by myself. I listen to music or go for a walk to let my mind take a break. If I have an exhausting day, I soak in the Epson salt and Eucalyptus Sea salt warm bath until my body is relaxed.

Regardless of your physical fitness, coordination or agility: If you could be an athlete, what would you do?
If I have the coordination or agility, I think of dance. I like to learn Ballroom Dance. My sister, who is two years younger than I, is still doing Ballroom Dance. She used to be a Ballroom Dance instructor. Right now she dances in parties. The following photo and video were her birthday party. You can recognize her by her dress in the video.

so fun to hear about your favorite teas. I am a fan of Oolong and Darjeeling, plus Assam and Golden Monkey. I think those first 3 are named after the location in which the tea is grown? Anyway, thanks for a nice post again!

Yes, they are. When my dad got older, he asked our opinions for things because he realized that his kids are smart and educated. I appreciated him doing that. That’s a good example for me!

So I learned to treat my daughter as adult and a friend. I know people feel cute to call their adult kids baby, but at least not to treat them like kids!
