I used to sing my daughter lullabies and when I was diagnosed with this disease I worried that I would not live very long so I recorded all of the lullabies for her. And I am still her 11 years later so they are not needed after all!
Definitely a favorite! I had the privilege of playing the accompaniment for a singer at our squadron’s holiday party this year, and my wife and I played this for our own music page.

So do I, but many churches don’t sing traditional hymns and carols anymore. Our church did away with the choir two years ago. I’m still sad and miss singing in the choir!
I missed that also. Our former choir director open the choir to anyone who just wanted to sing for Christmas eve services.
I left the choir in year 2000 to go back to school. Because of the Christmas eve singing, I went back to the choir in 2010. Now even on Sundays, we only have young people to lead the praise team.

No, Beth. None of them were recorded. I should make some recording just for myself and for my grand kids.

Yes, a heavenly song! I’ve sung solo for this one many times. I’m not active in singing solos but still sing in choir and do Messiah every year!
