Weekly Photo Challenge – Sunrise/Sunset
I don’t get up early enough to take many sunrise photos. I did manage to take some last year on Easter Sunday. Mercy and Will hiked to the top of Mt. Adams in Oregon to watch the sunrise. The first photo is credited to Mercy.
I love taking sunset photos. When I travel during sunrise or sunset hours, I make sure to have seats where I could capture the scenes. Sunset is beautiful everywhere, such as in the cities of my neighborhood, which is also fascinating.

Wonderful sunsets Miriam and Mercys sunrise is spectacular. I really like the one in California with those very tall palm trees silhouetted against the setting sun.

Thank you, Irene. Easter Sunday two days ago was cloudy, I couldn’t have taken another sunrise photos that day. Mt. Adams is 12,280 feet high. They camped and hiked. I admired Mercy’s stamina to deep up with the guys. 🙂 🙂

She has many great achievements. She and Will ran the triathlon and hit the finish line together.

Have to have good focus to even make it to the finish line.

Yes, I flew from California to Portland, Oregon to cheer for the event, took a whole bunch of photos. Their friends made banners to cheer them along the way also.

Thank you, Robbie! It was cloudy and chilly this morning. We had sunrise service at 6:30 a.m. I didn’t go. I went to the 10:00 a.m. service. It was wonderful!
