Colleen’s Weekly Poetry Challenge – Spring & Sing
Colleen’s Weekly Poetry Challenge No. 128: Spring & Sing, Synonyms Only
Synchronized nature
I woke up to a bright light outside the windows. The dry ground in the garden invited me to take photos of the flowers and birds. I can count the number of sunny days in the record-breaking wet winter. The bee attracting clover flowers perform a graceful swaying on the slope below the cypress trees. At the bottom of the slope, the plum trees are covered with budding ready for pollination. Nature synchronizes the appearances. The warm sun delights my sight and tickles the taste buds.
