Thank you, Yvette. Carla was a principal/school librarian. I was glad to hear she recommended having this book in schools and libraries. That is what I’ll be doing next – reading to the students and putting this book in the county libraries. 🙂
Lovely review, Miriam. Thanks for sharing! I’m still not able to have your book delivered to my Kindle. That option is grayed-out for some reason. It gives me other options to deliver to my phone or desktop, but those aren’t my first choices for reading, but I might need to.
I’m sorry about that, Jill. I was told that the MOBI file done by my designer was a fixed format and it’s not supported by all version of Kindle. I was asked by KDP to upload the “reflowable” version. I ordered that version, but it’s not as artistic as my original design of the book. I could send you a PDF file at the mean time. I’m dreaded by the fact that I may have to settle for less so that at least the book can be read on Kindle.
I just sent you a PDF file, Jill. I’m going to send you the “reflowable” Kindle also. This is not my idea of formatting but my designer insists that’s the only way to do it. BTW, it needs some correction, I want to have the text after the illustrations. But I’m afraid this is the format of the book now. I’ll send you this in a second.
